CAMPING AND PARKING
All tickets have walk-in camping included. Camping is first-come, first-served. Please be mindful of your overall footprint and your neighbors.
AyerWaves Festival participants may set up camp anywhere in the campground that is not marked out by event staff for parking, environments, or art. Please keep in mind that vehicles are not permitted on-site for gear drops or pick-ups.
Guests are encouraged to enjoy the musical offerings of AyerWaves and are not allowed to set up renegade sound stages. If you have a generator in your camp set up, we graciously ask you to enforce a short quiet time in the late evenings from 12 AM (midnight) – 8 AM to allow for friends and families to rest.
Car Camping (LIMITED)
All tickets include walk-in camping. However, we have an option for people who enjoy camping directly next to your car. Each area is approximately 10' x 25', and comfortably allows enough room for your vehicle and one tent. Car camping is located outside of the festival gates, with very few inside car camping spots. There is a very short walk to the entrance. Spaces assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Everyone in your vehicle must have purchased a festival pass in order to enter the festival with a car camping pass. There are no “in and out” privileges for car camping pass vehicles. (You will be able to go back and forth from the festival to your car camping spot. However, you will NOT be able to remove your car and come back, once you have initially entered the car camping area.) If the total length of your vehicle plus anything attached to it is 18' or longer, it is considered an RV and you must purchase an RV Pass.
EVERY VEHICLE arriving on-site must have a vehicle parking pass or car camping pass. Camping will not be allowed in the General Parking Lot or in the parking lot by the main entrance. We have a very limited amount of parking on-site and we highly encourage you to carpool. Any vehicle longer than 18 feet arriving onto the festival site will need to purchase an RV Parking Pass.
RVs are permitted to camp on-site in designated area with a purchased RV Parking Pass. RVs are considered vehicles over 18 feet in length. All RV pass holders get super awesome parking spots! (We do not have RV hook ups)
Parking is limited except to full event ticket goers, so carpool if possible.
For Single Day pass holders that do not get parking spots close, DO NOT WORRY! We expect great weather, so the short walk will be nice!
Lost & Found
Lost & Found is located at HQ (the info/security central/volunteer booth). Valuable items – including wallets, ID, cameras and phones – will be held after the event, and we will be proactive in returning them to their owners. This being said, please keep valuables at home, do your personal inventory before leaving the site, and be prompt in searching for anything lost as soon as you realize it is gone! And – if you find something without its owner – please bring it over to Lost & Found.
Banned Items & Activities
Festival attendees must abide by all local, state, and federal laws. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUG SALES (including nitrous oxide) tolerated anywhere on the festival site or farm property. Anyone caught selling or distributing illicit substances will immediately have their wristband cut and be ejected from the festival. Further legal repercussions are likely. If it’s illegal outside the festival, it’s illegal inside, too.
Zero Tolerance for Drug Use or Possession
The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event; violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found intoxicated at entry, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Be responsible, and make smart choices.
We are committed to fostering a relaxed atmosphere, but there are certain guidelines we must abide by in order to ensure a safe and fun festival for everyone. Help us help you by keeping fire lanes clear, notifying staff of any hazards, and communicating in times of distress – we’re on the same team! Look out for one another, stay hydrated, take breaks, wear sunscreen, and most of all, have fun!
