Welcome to AyerWaves 2018!
Listed below are the basic rules of AyerWaves 2018, a packing list guide, and information about parking/camping.
No weapons please.
No outside alcohol inside the main stage playing area or Saloon.
You can bring your own alcohol to the event! (Just not inside the main stage playing area or Saloon.)
No glass bottles (Make sure it is in cans or boxes!) We do recycle.
No drugs (Those found in possession of illegal substances will be immediately turned over to police.)
No dogs inside the main stage playing area, bunk houses, or Saloon.
No open-air fires
No wristband, no admittance (Violation is trespassing and subject to eviction and arrest.) Print out your tickets! We exchange ticket for wristband!
We will have awesome food vendors!! Please remember that some of the vendors only except cash, so be prepared for different forms of payment.
(Purchasers of AyerWaves Entertainment tickets voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to any event for which tickets are issued and waives all claims against the event, the event sponsor, the owner of the facility, the ticket producer or issuer, any staff or volunteer, and performer. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. No unauthorized recording of event where prohibited. No refunds or exchanges.)

Outdoor adventure wear! The Big South Fork National Park is just down the road! (We have paddling, hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, and horseback riding!)
Acoustic guitar, stand up bass, fiddle, mandolin, bongos (We love to jam!)
CASH!!! (Most vendors only except cash, and we have no control over any of their payment methods.)
Campsites are first come first serve. Some campsites are considered better then others, but fun will be had throughout, so do not worry!
We support car camping!
We have some cool spots for hammock camping!
If you go hiking around the grounds please watch out for snakes, bears, hogs, spiders, sticks that poke, and other ouch stuff in the woods.
Remember most things in the woods are cool! If you do not bother them they will not bother you!

Who is welcome to park up close?
Anyone with a full event ticket will have access to top mountain parking! All performers, Vendors, staff, and volunteers will have top mountain parking! All RV pass holders get super awesome parking spots! (We do not have RV hook ups)
For Single Day pass holders that do not get parking spots on top of the mountain, DO NOT WORRY! We have a shuttle that will drive you from the parking lot down below to the top! We also have a pretty sweet trail you can hike up. (It is very mountain, so be prepared to take a breather.)
